At Dee Adam Studio, every piece is individually made to order, designed, crafted, and finished with intention. Because of this bespoke nature, all sales are final, and we’re unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.
Each object is created by hand and carries its own personality. Slight variations in colour, texture, or finish, along with small natural imperfections, are part of the character and story of your piece. These are not considered faults, but reflections of its craftsmanship.
In the rare instance that your item arrives damaged in transit or is found to be faulty, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can review the issue. We’ll work with you to find the best resolution, whether that’s a repair, replacement, or studio credit, depending on the circumstance.

All custom and personalised pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please ensure that all details, from dimensions to materials are confirmed before production begins, as changes cannot be made once your piece is in progress.
