Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Dee Adam Studio (DAS). By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Made-to-Order & Limited Runs

All DAS pieces are produced in limited quantities and made to order. This means your item is crafted specifically for you once your purchase is confirmed. As such, we do not hold excess stock and cannot guarantee availability after a launch sells out.

2. Production Timeframes
Production times vary by product, with estimated timeframes listed on each product page. We do our best to deliver within these periods, though timing may differ slightly depending on the handmade process of each piece.

3. Custom Orders

We welcome custom orders. If you would like to customise the size or colour outside of what is an available please contact us. Custom orders may require longer lead times and MOQs and will be quoted individually. All custom orders are final sale.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required at the time of purchase or when a custom order is confirmed.

5. Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Items with lead times will be specified on individual product pages, if you require your pieces by a specific date, please contact us.Larger pieces may require specialist delivery, which will be quoted after purchase. You’ll be notified of shipping times once your item is ready.

At this stage, we don’t offer international shipping. However, if you’re located outside Australia and interested in a piece, please reach out via email, we’d love to hear from you and can advise if delivery may be possible.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order and limited nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If your piece arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or repair if necessary.

Custom orders are not eligible for return or exchange unless deemed faulty.

7. Product Variations

Each DAS piece is handcrafted and unique. Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur and are part of the character of our work. These are not considered faults.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Dee Adam Studio. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of our site or designs without written permission.
